Your secure Headway account is the main place to manage the administrative side of your ongoing care.

Through Serena Counseling’s partnership with Headway, use your Headway account to view upcoming appointments, review estimated session costs, manage insurance and payment information, access billing information and invoices, receive appointment reminders, and join telehealth sessions when applicable.

Canceling
You may cancel an upcoming appointment through your Headway client portal. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $100 late-cancellation/no-show fee. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
