Through our partnership, Headway supports insurance verification, estimated costs, secure payment setup, administrative forms, appointment confirmations and reminders, billing, and telehealth access when applicable.
All required initial paperwork must be completed before your first appointment. If it is incomplete, the session must be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.
