Before your appointment

Plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session so you have time to enter the building, find Suite 240, and get settled. Your appointment confirmation will include any additional building-access information you need.

Arrival information

1. Enter the building and proceed to Suite 240.
2. In the lobby, use the check-in screen to enter your information and check in for your appointment.
3. Once you have checked in, have a seat in the waiting area.
4. Your therapist will meet you in the lobby at your scheduled appointment time.

Telehealth throughout Texas

Meet securely online for a 55 minute individual therapy session while you are physically located in Texas.

How to join

Through Serena Counseling’s partnership with Headway, telehealth sessions use Headway’s secure browser-based video platform. Join from the session link in your Headway reminder or log in to your Headway account, open Appointments, and select Join session when it becomes available.

Before your appointment

Use a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone, reliable internet, and an updated browser. Choose a private location where you can speak comfortably. Your physical location may be confirmed for safety and licensure purposes.
